Open the Home feed, find a session near you, and tap "Join Session". You're in — you'll appear in the player list and the group chat. Just show up on time.

Free members can join up to 2 active sessions at a time. Play+ members (₹59/month) get unlimited joins, priority visibility, and a verified badge.

It reflects how dependable you are. It goes up when you show up to sessions you joined, and down when you don't. Other players see it before joining sessions with you, so showing up matters.

Tap Create at the bottom, pick a sport, set the location, date and time, and how many players you need. Your session goes live instantly for nearby players to join.

Yes. Open your session and tap "Cancel session" — all joined players are notified automatically. You can cancel up to 1 hour before the start time.

Tap a player's name in any session and choose "Report". Tell us what happened and our team will review it. Your report is confidential.

To delete your account and associated data, email us at support@citysquad.app from your registered email and we'll process it. Some information may be retained where we have a legal obligation, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Other players can see your name, photo, sports, and Reliability Score. Your exact location is never shared — only your selected city. Session locations are visible only to players who've joined.
